COVID-19 Information

In the past weeks, we have tracked ongoing developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) through information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As the coronavirus continues to cause disruptions around the world, we want to share steps Saint Louis Bank has taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and team members and help ensure the impact to our clients is minimized.

As we continue to monitor developments, Saint Louis Bank has contingency plans in place that are designed to prevent any service disruptions in any variety of scenarios. These include remote access capabilities and continuity plans for critical operations.

Further, out of an abundance of caution, and as part of our ongoing efforts to protect the health and safety of our team members and clients, Saint Louis Bank has taken steps to practice social distancing, and has taken additional steps to keep our banking centers clean. We also continue to share health and wellness information, including prevention tips from the Center for Disease Control, with team members.

Throughout these developments, Saint Louis Bank continues its commitment to service excellence for our clients.
To that end, effective Tuesday, March 17, Saint Louis Bank will enact the following:

• The lobbies at our branch location shall be closed to clients until further notice. The Drive-Throughs will remain open with regular hours, and the ATM and After-hours depositories are available.  Clients are encouraged to utilize all of the remote banking capabilities that Saint Louis Bank offers. Through these channels, clients can check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and deposit checks.

• Many of our team members will work remotely, utilizing the many tools and systems we have available to help facilitate remote work and collaboration. Team members who must come into the office are strictly adhering to ALL CDC and WHO guidelines.

• We are suspending all nonessential travel until further notice. We are asking our team to leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually as much as possible. Essential travel to clients will be governed by client policies and the best judgement of our team members.
