Paid Time Off
We understand our team does best when they have the opportunity to relax and recover. Whether it is vacation, illness, caring for a family member, the arrival of a child, or any other reason, we offer paid time-off (PTO) to full-time team members and observe 10 paid bank holidays.

Tuition Assistance
At Saint Louis Bank, we invest in our team so they can invest in our clients. We reimburse team members for eligible tuition expenses — up to $5,250 per year for undergraduate studies and $10,500 for graduate studies.

Volunteer Time
We live our core value of "building community" inside and beyond our walls, by encouraging our team to participate in causes near to their hearts. Team members are given 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year to invest in their not-for-profit of choice.
